Before and after

The reply everyone gets, next to the plan the vault produces

Both real. The same request, once without the vault and once with it.

6 to 8 hours

About 45 minutes

Time to plan a month, roughly

0 posts reused

A share of the month repurposed

Content reused, not rewritten

A generic caption

A hook written as the actual first line

Hook quality

Hours guessed after the fact

A production total costed against your budget

Production hours

One caption at a time

A whole dated month, one prompt

Planning unit

Every figure above is counted, not estimated.

You paste one set of rules into ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini once. On the last working day of the month you send one prompt, and back comes four weeks of posts with real dates, hooks written as the actual first line the reader sees, a share of the month repurposed from things you already made, and a production total in hours next to the hours you told it you had. If it does not fit, it tells you what to cut before you find out in week three.

What's inside

Everything the vault ships with

5 templates

Idea capture card, monthly content calendar (the flagship, dated, mixed and costed), weekly production plan, post quality check and adaptation, and a performance review and report.

10 prompts

Ten prompts, including a five-message chain that sets up a whole month in one sitting, one that works from your analytics screenshots, and one that audits the plan you already have and rebuilds it.

The Brain

27 rules that stop the greeting, the sign-off, the emoji, the fake statistic and the confident claim about what the algorithm rewards.

7 setup guides

ChatGPT free and paid, Claude free and Projects, Gemini free and Gems, plus a chooser if you do not know which.

3 bonuses

A one-page cheat sheet, a printable setup checklist, and a rescue plan for the week the whole thing falls apart.

An interactive guide

One page with a copy button for everything. Open it in a browser and you never need to open a file.

Every file, twice

Each file ships as both .md and .txt, because plenty of people cannot open the first one.

Planning a month by hand takes most people six to eight hours. Planning it with this vault takes about forty five minutes. Price it against one evening of your own time and it tends to pay for itself in the first month.

For client work, planning one client by hand usually runs four to five hours a month. With the vault that drops to roughly thirty minutes per client, so the more clients you run, the faster it pays for itself.

Before you ask

I already use ChatGPT for captions.

So does this. The difference is that a caption takes twenty minutes and a month takes an evening. This vault is for the evening.

AI content sounds like AI content.

The Brain bans the greeting, the sign-off, the emoji and a list of words including delve, robust, leverage and unlock. Then you feed it your own posts and it matches your sentence length.

I do not know what a .md file is.

You do not need to. Every file has a plain .txt twin, and the interactive guide has a copy button for everything in the folder. Nothing in here assumes you know what Markdown is.

Is this a subscription?

No. You buy the folder once. Updates to the platform guides are free.

Will it post for me?

No. The calendar tables paste into your own scheduler with the columns intact, but nothing in this vault touches your account or posts on your behalf.

How is this different from a Notion template?

A Notion template is a place to put decisions. This vault makes the decisions and then tells you the hours they will cost.

What if it makes something up?

The Brain forbids inventing a statistic, a price, a result or a claim about platform behaviour, and marks anything unverifiable so you can see it. It is built to tell you when it does not know the best time to post, rather than guess.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a paid AI account?

No. Free ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini is enough. Only a ChatGPT Custom GPT needs a paid plan, and Claude Projects or a Gemini Gem do the same job for free.

How long until my first calendar?

About twelve minutes from download, including reading.

Does it work for any platform?

Yes, because you name the platform. It plans a newsletter differently from short video.

Can I use it for clients?

Yes. One conversation or project per client. The licence covers one person.

Can I sell what it produces?

Yes, including client work. You may not resell the vault files.

What if it does not work for me?

Try the free kit first. It is complete and it costs nothing, and it will tell you within ten minutes whether this suits how you work.

Which version am I getting?

Version 1.0. Buyers get free updates when the platform guides are refreshed.
